Welfare Approach: The welfare approach of CWF tries to regenerate the lost confidence and self-esteem of the people. It helps to meet-up basic needs in vulnerable situation of community especially for women & children and assists them to forget their traumatic past. For this, CWF has set up different programs like women & children welfare program which helps in the rehabilitation process by their ultimate reintegration back into mainstream society. Over the years, many new Projects shall come under its wings and shall be run either by CWF or in association/partnership with other like-minded NGO’s.
Development Approach: Through the Development Approach, CWF shall facilitate for the wellbeing and empowerment of the beneficiaries. It shall reach out to them, where they are, through various activities under different CWF programs. Though there is less or no fund available but until getting any external donation / donor, the CWF authority committed to run of its all the development interventions from their own initiatives like member’s subscription, special contribution, community contribution etc. including volunteer service mechanism.
